Hello all,

We are looking for someone to join our lovely house share and we’d love to hear from you if you think you’d be a good fit.

Location:
The house is primely located in the border of St Paul’s and St Werburghs with Stokes Croft, Old Market and Easton a short walk away. Offering great restaurants, pubs, live music nearby or similarly you can quickly hop on the M4 to wherever your heart desires.

Bristol temple meads- 30 min walk
Cabot Circus- 12 min walk

The house:
A spacious 3 bed with 2 bathrooms (1 shower) and an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area which you have the option to separate through closing doors. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and there’s also a roof terrace at the top of the house!

The room + rent:
Large double bedroom situated on the top floor, large window looking out on to the roof terrace ☀️ with an additional sky light. Plenty of space for bed, wardrobe and much more. It comes as unfurnished. Available from 1st July 26

Bills:
The rent is £750 and bills come in around £125-35 per month. Deposit is one months rent.

The housemates:
You’d be living with Joss (30) and Kris (26) and we also previously met on Spare room.

Joss - pole dancing, festivals, travel, cooking, culture and just good vibes etc.

Kris- racket sports, tv, cooking, pubs, card / board games

House vibe:
We are both pretty social and outgoing and enjoy chillin, baking and going to the pub together and are looking for a like minded housemate, no preference on gender. We both appreciate a tidy home so keep it very clean and tidy as we value a cosy home with positive energy to relax and recharge in.

About you…

You’d ideally be working a Mon-Fri 9-5ish schedule to match the timetable of the rest of the house. We like to chill in the evenings communally so would be great if you could join in with that.

It’s not a party house but we do enjoy going out together so pub trips /live music etc is on the cards.
