Hello there!

We’re a flat of four students currently finishing our final year at uni, and as two of our lovely flatmates are moving out after graduation, we’re looking for someone to join the flat :)

We’re a sociable and easygoing household who love climbing (both indoors and outdoors), cooking together in the evenings, hosting game nights, and the occasional pub trip. We enjoy spending time together while also respecting each other’s space.

Ideally, we’re looking for professionals or recent graduates for council tax reasons, but we’re also happy to consider students who would be willing to contribute to council tax.

The flat has a big kitchen and living room, and a shared sunny garden downstairs. There is also several box rooms for storage.

The room is available from July 1st. Rent is £675pcm, bills are approx. £45 per month, and the flat is in Council Tax Band E.
