Room overlooking garden in charming house

Lovely double bedroom available in a 3 bed Victorian terraced house in SW London. You would be living with DJ, laid back Australian in his 30s, and me (Jen), American (from San Francisco) scientist in her 40s and my two silly cats, Charlie and Emma.

We’re looking for someone who will love the cats, be kind to the humans, and treat our home with respect, including each other’s needs for a good night’s sleep, etc.

The house is very charming, with a private back garden (I am the resident gardener) and within walking distance to Thameslink and the northern line. It’s a vibrant, leafy multicultural neighborhood with an easy commute into central London. The house has many beautiful original features including fireplaces in all rooms and a gorgeous stained glass front door, wood floors throughout, classic front garden, etc. The open plan kitchen and living room face the back garden . There’s even a tiny guest room! Our Landlady is lovely and is usually flexible regarding the furnishings if you don’t want to keep everything that’s currently in the room.
