Looking for a student to take over my tenancy at iQ Aldgate this summer. I'm heading back home for the summer and don't want the room going to waste! As a girl who loves exploring the city on foot, the location is brilliant and l've always felt safe. And the amount of fun social activities you can do within the accommodation is honestly endless.
Dates: 1st June to 29th August 2026
Price: £460/week (all-inclusive bills + free WiFi)
Room: Silver Studio Deluxe, 6th floor - 16m2 private studio with a double bed, private kitchenette (hob, fridge, combination microwave), private bathroom, underfloor heating, hardwood floors and study area.
Newly refurbished.
The building has:
Sky lounge, cinema room, karaoke room, games room, arcade arena, gym, 24/7 security and staff, right in the city centre with great transport links. And most importantly, study spaces on both the ground floor and the sky-high top floor, with views to match.
