Hi! looking to rent out my spare room to someone friendly, considerate, and easy to live with.
The house has a shared bathroom, although I won’t be there full time, so you’ll often have the place feeling pretty spacious and peaceful. I’d love to find someone lovely who’s happy with a relaxed, respectful home environment. It’ll just be the two of us — no chaotic HMO vibes with 4–5 random people fighting over fridge space and stealing your milk😅

I’m really into board games, being social, and generally keeping the place feeling friendly and relaxed. That said, I’m hardly home a lot of the time, so you’ll get loads of peace and quiet too — honestly the best of both worlds.
Looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and up for the occasional chat/game/pub trip, while also appreciating their own space.
