Looking for someone to move into one of two double rooms in a shared flat in the Whittington Estate.

Lots of natural light with access to a small patio shared with the other room. Room 1 comes with a bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Room 2 has an additional desk and office chair however, they are not covered/owned by the landlady and have just been accrued over time so you can either use or get rid of any/all of the furnishing or keep if you choose!

It is a shared flat with five total bedrooms and two bathrooms currently occupied by all men but there have been several female occupants. Calm and quiet atmosphere where some nights we cook together and watch a movie, other nights everyone keeps to themselves, and occasional flatmate trips to the pub. Everyone gets on without the pressure to constantly spend time together.

Monthly rent advertised is the rent and gas, £775 for the room and £71.71 for gas) and additional monthly bills are around £70 a month.

10min to Archway tube station and walking distance to many bus lines as well as Mildmay and Suffragette overground.

We have 2 rooms becoming available with one housemate moving back to America and another moving into a friends place. The room pictured is available from 15th June, with the other room available 1st July with some flexibility.

Best part of the flat may be access to Hampstead Heath and Waterlow park. A short walk to two of London's best green spaces. Our landlady, Sue, is also very chilled and understanding, a great benefit in the current rental market!
