Double room in Clapham Junction

There's plenty of additional storage around the house, with multiple cupboards/ rooms downstairs as well. We also have a large garden with a patio, an open living room and a big kitchen which also includes a dining table.

You'll be living with one of the current flatmates - Francesca, who is an Italian girl in her 30s and works as a nanny. We are a tidy house and have our own lives and schedules, but like to be friendly with one another, occasionally having dinner together or watching a movie.

Bills are not included, but are around £80 each in the summer, £150 in the winter (council tax, gas&electric, water, wifi).

Rooms will be available from early July, we have some flexibility, though latest is the 23rd July, as that when the contract renews.
