About who you’ll live with:
I’m a 27 year old data analyst, sociable but also value downtime. I work in Canary Wharf 3 days a week. I keep the flat clean and like a calm home environment. I like jogging, playing badminton, joining dance classes in my free time. I lived in Edinburgh for 5 years, moved to London and have been staying at this flat for the past 2.5 years. I really like the flat as it’s in a good location and has most things I need around the area. Looking for someone I can chat with, or hang out with from time to time.
About you:
Ideally looking for someone who is:
• Clean and considerate in shared spaces, someone who would share chores and responsibilities
• Friendly, respectful, and easygoing, happy to have chats, and to hang out occasionally
• Considerate with sleep schedule
• Prefer not wearing shoes in the flat, dedicated indoor shoes/slippers are fine
• Not a party animal (the flat isn’t really suited for late-night noise), but happy to have occasional guests
Rent: £1150 per month (bills approx. £150 including council tax)
Deposit: £1327 tbc with agent
Move-in date: Lease starts on the 27th of July 2026, but you can start to move in from the 21st of July
