Warm and welcoming 3-bedroom terraced home in Manchester with two rooms available to rent. The house offers a comfortable and relaxed living environment, featuring two bathrooms, a large shared kitchen, cosy living room, and a small garden perfect for enjoying some fresh air.   

 Rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi (subject to fair usage).

The property is conveniently located close to local shops, with a bus stop directly opposite the house providing easy access into the town/city centre.

It is also within walking distance of Manchester Royal Infirmary, Manchester University and the popular Curry Mile restaurants, offering a great choice of cafes, takeaways, and dining options nearby.

I’m looking for two friendly, professional and trustworthy housemates who are tidy, respectful, and enjoy a peaceful, well-kept home. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK. 

As this is my home, I prefer a calm household and residents who socialise with friends outside the property. Visitors and overnight guests are generally not permitted.

Before arranging a viewing, I just like to make sure we're a good fit for one another. Prospective lodgers will be asked a few questions before viewings are arranged.
