The room is a furnished double room, with Clapham Common around a 10-minute walk away and Clapham Junction about 15 minutes on foot, so there are great transport links and plenty nearby in terms of pubs, restaurants, gyms, and shops.

Rent is £1,500 per month plus bills. On-street parking is available if you apply for a permit.

A bit about me - I’m easy-going, sociable, and into sport, going to the pub, and seeing mates. I work a hybrid mix of office and home working and I’m pretty flexible and respectful of each other’s space and schedules.

The main thing I’m looking for is someone clean and tidy who’s easy to live with.
