Looking for someone to take over my friends tenancy from 1st September
It is a lovely flat and right in the centre of headingley opposite the box, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near by.
I’m 25, laid back, enjoy going out and also chilled nights in, would be nice to get to know someone and be friends aswell just flatmates.
Rent is £585, we don’t move in until July so don’t have an exact estimate of bills but it will be around £700 for all bills included in rent.
