You'll be living with someone chill and no drama, no rota or strict rules just take turns respectfully, clean, stock toilet rolls and do the bins when needed keeping things tidy.

Very much using this space to chill after busy days at work so if you're looking for a party pad may be better suit elsewhere. I enjoy having a no hassle life in my spare time so if you're like minded, enjoy an occasional beer and pub evening, we'll get on very well.

You'll be replacing my good mate who I've lived together for over 4 years. If you're planning to stay for long term that will be a bonus. He's moving on as he has bought a property himself.
