Furnished double room available for a working professional in a friendly 2-bed house on a quiet road in Fishponds.

The room includes:
* Large private ensuite with toilet, sink, bath & shower
* Bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, a desk & built-in wardrobe
* All bills included (including wifi)
* Cleaner once or twice a month

The house has :
* a lounge, dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC, and back garden
* On-street parking

Please note: the lounge also doubles as my office on WFH days and is used once or twice a week for evening coaching calls, so access to this room is sometimes limited during my working hours. I’m always happy to share my work diary in advance so there’s clarity around when the space is in use.

I am currently refurnishing the dining room so that it is more of a cosy shared chill-out space separate from the lounge. Updated photos will follow once complete.

Great location near The All Inn pub, with restaurants, the cycle path, Co-op, Morrisons, and Oldbury Court Estate all within around a 10-minute walk.

You’ll be living with a self-employed professional working in the wellbeing industry.

Would consider a cat for the right person.

Just a quick note regarding availability:

The room is available from 6th June, however my current housemate is moving out on 5th June. So moving in from 6th June is possible, but I' just allowing a little time to make sure the room is ready.
