Contract Takeover - Buccleuch Place Lane

Hi!

I am looking for someone to take over my contract ASAP until the 28th of August. The room is in Buccleuch Place Lane (Uni of Edinburgh Postgraduate Halls).

My room is an ensuite single bedroom in a 7 girls flat (1st floor with a lift), with a kitchen shared with other 6 girls. It has a desk, shelves, drawers, a wardrove, full-body mirror, double glazed windows, and central heating. The kitchen is really big, with two sinks, two stoves, two fridges and two freezers, as well as multiple cupboards. It also has a living room area integrated within the kitchen, with a sofa, a large table with 6 chairs, and a tv. The accommodation has a separate building that serves as a common room, with a pool table, table tennis, a piano, sofas and a tv, as well as a laundry room.

Buccleuch Place Lane is a central location next to the main library, students union and meadows, and a short walk away (5mins) from supermarkets.

The tenant should be a fully matriculated postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh, and preferably female as the flat is currently all female. However, if everyone in the flat agrees, a male student would also be welcome.
