Bright sunny room by the sea

Hello guys, we have a 4 bedroom flat available for short term rent with one room available now (possibility of long term).

📍 The house is right on the sea front, right next to Holiday Inn and close to i360.
💴 Rent: £900 including all bills + 2 weeks rent for deposit

🏠 You'll be living with me (Silas, 29, he/him) and my housemate (31, she/her). I'm a full time student working part time as cabin crew, we are both LGBTQ+ and friendly.

🛏️ The room is a very big spacious room, that get a lot of sunlight through the day, and there is one toilet and one bathroom+toilet to be shared. You can see the sea from the room. The room is unfurnished but have loads of storage space with in built wardrobe. It would be preferred if you had your own bed but if not let us know and we can sort something out.

Me and my housemate have been really good friends for a long time, we love to cook together, go out sometimes for a drink or a pub quiz, or just go for a coffee during the day. We are very respectful if you are a quiet/reserved person too and can appreciate everyone needs their own space as we do.

Accessibility: the house is on the first floor, there is a small lift that takes us here, however on the front entrance there are 3 steps.
