Looking for one flatmate to join me and a friend in a 3 bed flat in the Woodlands area of the west end. The flat is in a great location just off of great western road within walking distance to city centre, Kelvingrove park, Glasgow uni, GCU, and 1 min walk to St George’s cross subway station.
This flat has a shared bathroom and kitchen/dining area. There is also access to a back garden.
Rent is £600 per month excluding bills which are around £30 per month. Council tax band D so £65 each per month (we graduate in September)

My name is Georgia, I currently live in the flat. I’m 25 and am currently studying a masters of public health at gcu and working part time. I love reading, crafting, outdoorsy activities, and going to the pub. Ideally would like to have a social flat, but also respect the need for alone time.
My name is Briony, I’ll be moving in. I’m 25 and am finishing a masters in Psychology at Glasgow Uni. I enjoy reading, writing, watching films, artsy stuff, and being outdoors. I’m quite sociable but also like a bit of alone time.
