Looking for short let Monday to Friday from mid June - August.

It’s a double room (No living room) for £1000. A room for a non-smoker in a one bedroom flat just off Islington Green.

From August/September long stay lodgers. £1,300

I’m am away for most of the summer so would like someone to treat it as their home and take care of it while I’m away.

After the summer it will be full time accommodation.

Trendy shops, record stores, old cinemas, theatres, vintage shops, bars, restaurants, antique markets, general fruit and vegetable markets, Tescos 5 min walk, Sainsburys 8 min walk. Situated on Packington street and a two minute walk to the canal as well as transport links.

Looking for mature professional/student with similar mindset. Ideal for someone with a car as there’s gated private parking.

TRANSPORT AND LINKS
5 minutes walk from Angel station (zone 1), 10 minutes walk to Highbury and Islington station, 15 min walk to Old street, 20 min walk to Hoxton/Shoredich, 10 min bus ride to Stoke Newington and Kings Kross. Bus stops everywhere (19, 30, 341, 38, 476, 73, 41, 56, 43, all 5 min walk). Very easy access to the City and central London which are a 20 min bus rides. Boris bikes are available a couple of streets away which is a 15 min cycle to the West end.
