This is a cosy house and located within 5-12 minutes of walking distance to the city centre. We are also very close to bars and restaurants on lower Bristol road as well as the shops on Moorland road. Ideal house mate would be quiet, considerate and likes to keep his/her environment clean and tidy. The room is fully furnished and in July. Shared areas, living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

Current house mates all professional. 2 female., one travels often. This room would ideally suit a full-time working professional. Not suitable for working from home.

All utilities, council tax and unlimited broadband access included in the rent.
