HOUSE:-
Nice, quiet, professionals in a friendly house share. Fully furnished rooms with Thermal BLACKOUT curtains Smart TV s available . We have 1 GIG superfast UNLIMITED Broadband, and a regular cleaner for the communal areas.

BILLS
ALL communal household bills are included in the rent. There is an electric meter in your room and you pay the metering co directly just for the electric you use lights/power/heating etc within your room. This way even if everyone else in the house is an electric wasting eco-terrorist, your rent is unaffected as you only pay for what you use in your room! ;-)

The housemates are looking for similar quiet respectful professionals to share with. People who know how to wash up, tidy up after themselves & can use a hoover as we want the house to stay as clean & tidy as it is now... That also means NO wild parties.

LICENSED HMO: sharing rooms :-
Our license only allows for one person per room, therefore, no couples or friends sharing a room.
If you want to rent 1 each but use one as a lounge & sleep in the other that is fine as it doesn't breach our licensed capacity.
