The Room and Flat:
Modern, two bedroom, two bathroom (We've got the en suite, your room has the main bathroom with a bath and shower). All the mod cons - dishwasher, washing machine, open plan kitchen and living room. We have a nice balcony that gets the sun in the mornings and is a great spot to have a cup of tea and grow a few plants.

The block has a concierge to pick parcels up, and has secure bike and car parking (what a bonus!) in the basement. It's also really safe as there are security doors etc and everyone is really friendly.

There's a gym downstairs which is included in the rent. It has plenty of space and standard machines and isn't that busy. Bonus!

Location:
It's a really lovely location. We're about 2 minutes away from either London Fields (overground to Liverpool st/Central line) or 5 mins from Hackney Central (Overground to Highbury and Islington and thence Victoria Line). You can walk to Hoxton/Shoreditch/Old Street

The boring bits:
Bills are split 3 ways between us all and is quite reasonable every month.

There will be some one off fees for the lease including a reference check and the admin fee to the estate agents (£180 total once off). And then the deposit as well - which goes into the DPS and is certified

We are laid back and friendly. We love a good laugh, a movie, glass of wine (or two). It would be great to find a housemate that also wants to have a home :) we really, like the flat and want to keep it happy and cheerful!

It's a really nice flat, and we think you'll really like it if you come round. Ideally we would like to find a like-minded, easy going and friendly professional.
