Room 5: Ground floor double room available with view of the garden from 3rd August 2026 for £675pcm including ALL bills, fully furnished with double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Room shares a bathroom with only 2 others, cleaned weekly by our cleaning team.

Snug Shared Living was formed in 2015 by a group of experienced professional landlords with a shared goal: creating comfortable, well-managed homes where residents enjoy a positive living experience.

🔑 DEPOSIT-FREE OPTION 🔑
Eligible applicants can use Reposit instead of a traditional deposit. You pay a non-refundable fee of one week's rent (minimum £150) before move-in. If your tenancy continues beyond 12 months, a £30 annual renewal fee applies. Reposit is FCA-regulated. You remain fully liable for any valid end-of-tenancy charges, including unpaid rent and property damage.
