There is a luxury shared kitchen/dining area. The kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher and washer/dryer. The room has plenty of storage, a TV aerial point and a beautiful en-suite.

Fully inclusive rent. We are looking for a single tenant (no couples) who appreciates living in a clean, tidy flat. If you do not like a clean kitchen, this is not the flat for you.

This flat is within walking distance of Alder Hey Hospital and the Heart and Chest Hospital, and on a direct bus route to the Royal Liverpool Hospital and Whiston Hospital.
