We have a spacious, light and airy double room for a single person in our house in Redcliffe. We are looking for a 3rd person to join us in an amazing old 3 story Georgian house. In time we intend to look for a 4th person to join us.
The bedroom is on the first floor, downstairs we share a kitchen, living room, dining room and utility room and an almost south facing terrace.
We are ideally located for the enterprise zone, being less than a 10 minute walk from the train station, city centre and Park Street. We are close to a large supermarket. The river is at the end of our road.
We have TV, WiFi and a good broadband connection.
You will be professional. On road parking is by permit from the council.
Rent is £850 per calendar month if you are renting the room 7 days a week. If you don't like doing weekly housework there is a £10 a week extra charge.
