This advert is for a large double room available in my home suitable for a student looking for a peaceful / calm environment
.. or monday to friday let. I also have a small single room available at a lower rent with photos included here.

It's a great location, very close to Sefton Park and buses into town.
Please note this advertisement is for a lodger agreement, not a 'houseshare'.

The rooms are as follows:

1 x double room with double bed, 2 x chest of drawers, 2 x wardrobes, desk and chair. Access to shared bathroom.

1 x single bedroom with loft bed. Access to a shared bathroom, shared small kitchen, and breakfast room. There is on street parking although it can get very full. With desk.

On occasion I may foster cats which are homebound.

A little about me.
I am a live in landlord.
I am an artist studying for a masters. I am a friendly person but I can be quiet and since I'm very busy like to relax peacefully when I'm at home and enjoy keeping a level of privacy.

Short term stays can be considered.
