I have a lovely double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house in East Dulwich which has just been renovated to a high standard. The room includes a comfy double bed and floor to ceiling built in wardrobes.

There are two bathrooms, underfloor heating, a modern kitchen with all the mod-cons (built-in dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, induction hob, wine cooler), open plan living room/dining room and plenty of natural daylight. A cleaner also comes once a fortnight.

This home is in a great location, situated within a 5 minute walk to the high street (Lordship Lane) and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which takes you to either Peckham Rye, Denmark Hill or East Dulwich train stations. Great location for those working at King's College Hospital!

I'm looking for a friendly and considerate female to take the room. You will be sharing the house with just me so it will be a chilled out place to live in.

I'm a down to earth, friendly female in my early 30's working in the IT legal sector in the city. I enjoy exploring London, cooking, nature, going to gigs/cinema, seeing friends and a bit of Netflix amongst other things.
