We have 1 large double on offer with all Bills included, it has ample storage with built in cupboards and extra storage under the bed.

The rent for the room is £555 Excluding Bills

Typically the following: Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electric, Internet (high speed), Netflix, Tv License Bills come to £90 per month per person, I can provide a breakdown if required.

Recently renovated, with new furniture and finished to a high standard. It features a separate Lounge, kitchen, has parking that can be arranged at an extra charge, a secure space for a bike and a garden (South Facing) with patio ideal for BBQ's.

- 6 minute bike ride to Canning town!

- 10 minutes DLR to Canary Wharf
- 22 Minutes Tower Gateway & Bank

The road itself is quiet and residential but within 5 minutes there are some bars and restaurants along the river where you can get anything from tapas to curries.

Around the corner there are supermarkets, pharmacies bakeries etc.

Your Housemates:
You'd be living with Gareth who's from Ireland, and Marcin from Poland.

Both in professional jobs, Marcin works as an accountant , Gareth works in finance.

Both easy going, down to earth guys. who like to keep the place tidy.

The flat can be sociable, when I lived there we would share a beer on an evening, but we're not a party house.

We are looking to share with someone who is easy going, sociable and clean and will treat the place as their own. Keen to stress, it is important we find the right person who will fit into the house, and keep the calm dynamic we have. :)
