1 room in a beautiful Victorian house in Streatham

We are three fun, sociable girls in our mid-twenties looking for a 4th young professional girl to move into our gorgeous Victorian house in Streatham.

Amongst us is a singer/ songwriter from Cardiff (don't worry, doesn't scream the house down 24/7), a Social Media Marketer / recipe developer from Swansea (who loves to get creative in the kitchen) and an CRM marketer for music/ events sales from The Wirral (who loves late night baking). We love spending time together in and out of the house, but also value each others privacy and need for peace and quiet. Two of us work regular 9am/6pm schedule and is self employed so works a music schedule which can vary.

The room available is on the 3rd floor of the house with a view overlooking the beautiful, peaceful garden below. It's unfurnished but we do have a single bed that can be put up in the room (our previous housemate bought her own double bed and the room is definitely big enough it). Our current housemate and friend, who we've lived with for over 3 years, is moving away to live with her partner.

We're looking for a housemates that is chilled, loves to have a drink and chats but is also clean, tidy and respectful. We all share the cleaning and tidying duties, including maintaining the garden, so we'd love someone that doesn't mind getting stuck in and making sure the house stays beautiful. We're lucky to have an amazing patio and double French doors, so love a good BBQ when the weather's looking good. We've also got a brand-new walk in wet room, 2 toilets, separate bathroom with roll-top bath tub. We share the bill duties amongst ourselves, so each housemate gets their own responsibility - they usually come to around £100-150 a month inc. council tax, Sky TV & internet.

We've lived in this place for 2 years and are in love with the house and the local community. We're a stones throw away from beautiful Streatham Common park with 3 amazing local pubs on our doorstep. We're 6 minutes walk from Streatham Common station and 10 from Streatham, both with super frequent links to London Bridge, Balham, Victoria.

We're looking for a new tenant to move in on the 27th August this year. No short term lets please.
