Large furnished double available in St George

Room available (before recent redecoration)

Hi,

I have a large, recently redecorated, double room to rent in my house in St. George, Bristol. 750 p/m. Open to short term or long term, full week, or Monday to Friday.

The house is convenient for working in Bristol or Bath. We're 2 mins away from the Orchard Cafe, 5 mins walk from the lovely St George park, and 10 minutes from the Bristol-Bath cycle path.

You'll be sharing with one professional male and two cats. I work at the University. There are two living rooms (the main downstairs) and second in a converted loft room (not pictured), so we shouldn't get under each other's feet (the cats probably will though). There is a secure Asgard bike shed in the front garden. It's a pretty calm and chilled professional vibe, so that needs to be what you're after. There is space for a desk in the room (and I can provide one), although would prefer someone who doesn't wfh every day. I have let the room to males and females in the past.
