I've just moved into this great 2 bed, 1st flr flat with balcony and am looking for a clean, considerate and fun flatmate to move in.

Its really well located in South Hackney only a 5 min walk from Victoria Park and Lauriston Rd and only 12 min walk from London Fields. Well St is super close by with a Tesco, fruit + veg grocer and the fab Well St Kitchen cafe and great pub The Gun. On a quiet street with a cool little street-facing balcony perfect to chill out and have a drink on.

Your bedroom has lovely big windows and lots of storage space. There's a double bed, chest of draws, bedside table and built-in cupboards.

You'll be sharing with me, an Aussie who's been in London for a few years. Before that I lived in NYC. I'm not a party animal but like to be out and about and am a tiny bit obsessed with drinking outdoors. I do make sure to use all my vacation days traveling. Like to keep the flat tidy and clean. Always up for a chat over tea/beer.
