We have a nice room available in a sociable large old house with character on the quiet side of Moseley, 5 minutes walk from the popular village centre, and close to the railway station, all the cafes, shops, and bars, (12 minutes to the city centre by train).
The existing housemates are a friendly young bunch of female and male working professional cat lovers.
The room is bright, fully furnished, with double bed, central heating and double glazed windows overlooking rear gardens and original timber flooring. Plus air conditioning unit.
The house has a lounge, large kitchen/diner, bathroom/shower, separate WC, front garden & parking driveway, large peaceful mature rear garden & patio, plus chilled out house cat.
Facilities include central heating and all usual kitchen appliances, including washing machine and tumble dryer, plus 1-Gb super-fast broadband wi-fi. Standard house bills are an all-inclusive shared amount (incl council tax {band-D}, gas, electric, water, TV licence, broadband) currently £196.44 each monthly.
