A very private self contained one bedroom studio that is separate from our main home. Facilities include, en-suite bathroom, king size bed, TV, WIFI, desk area, and off street parking for one car.
This would be perfect for a single professional looking for regular accommodation 3 nights per week Monday to Thursday.
You will be provided with a fridge, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, iron, hairdryer, and wardrobe.
You will also be able to park on our secure driveway and we are close to Bristol Parkway, M4, M32 and UWE.
The annex is available for 3 nights per week Monday to Thursday for £500 including all bills. Internet included, and the annex will be cleaned each fortnight for you.
This will be under a lodger agreement (not a tenancy agreement).
It is currently listed on air bnb if you wanted to try before committing to a longer term contract.
