Bright airy house, Large Double bedroom

This is a large double furnished room in a beautiful big freindly well maintained home near the city centre of Plymouth- St Jude’s/Lipson, there is fast virgin WIFI £615, all bills included.

There are two bathrooms one has a shower and bath, there is a court yard garden. I am a live in landlord and keep up with all repairs and maintenance and have rented rooms for years and lived in house shares, so ensure it is a freindly environment but also have own space, I am a clean, tidy professional working full time in social care.

I am an easy going person. There's is three bedrooms so never more than 3 in total sharing the house, mostly 2 so is clean, nice and chilled and half a house and perfect if tired of living with lots of people or a step towards own place.

There's a small very friendly dog, the house is not far from the train station, is on a bus route and there is on the road free parking directly outside.
