Peaceful Carer & Counsellor seeking quiet home

Hi, I’m a counsellor and carer working across Cheltenham and Gloucester hospitals, currently looking for a calm and welcoming home base while I continue building my counselling practice locally.

Ideally I’m hoping to find a space that could work as a stable transitional home for up to a year, allowing me to focus on developing my practice and income with the longer-term goal of moving into my own studio or self-contained place. My preference would be a room with my own bathroom, or an annex/studio if available.

I’m naturally easy-going, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy keeping fit, listening to podcasts, and the occasional chat about current affairs, culture, and music. My working week is structured — counselling Monday to Wednesday, and care shifts Thursday to Sunday (including some nights), so I often have varied hours and value a peaceful home environment.

I’m looking for an LGBT+ affirmative household where mutual respect and a relaxed atmosphere are important.
