Looking for annex or small studio preferably

Hi! My name is Anika, I'm 33 years old.

I have 2 friendly and clean cats that my current agency and landlord have had no problems with.

I am a midwife and I work privately and part time in the NHS. I am looking to move to London or nearer to London for work. I drive so open to areas outside of London that are with about 1 hour drive of London.

I'm not in a hurry to move, but I am keen to find the right place. I need to give 2 months notice at my current home. I would prefer a private landlord to an agency.

I'm looking for a quiet and comfortable place to call home, preferably an annex or small studio as I am used to living on my own. I'm clean, quiet, and adaptable.

Alternatively, I am happy to live with 1-2 quiet and clean housemates.
