Looking for a creative home

Hi! I'm 30, working professionally in Westminster (starting a new role soon), and looking for a double room in a friendly, relaxed houseshare.

I'm hoping to find somewhere south: Brockley, Peckham, New Cross, or nearby with good transport links to central London and, ideally, a bit of a creative, community feel. I love having good coffee spots, charity shops, and some vibrancy on my doorstep, and I'd really like to live with people who are kind, respectful, and up for a chat now and then.

The queer community has become a large part of my life, and I'd love to be in an LGBTQ+ friendly home, but more than anything, I'm looking for a place that feels calm and drama-free. I'm tidy, clean up after myself, pay bills on time, and value open communication. I'm not a party animal — I like my own space — but I'm also sociable and enjoy hanging out, cooking together, or watching a film now and then.

I've been living in the area for a while, so I know what a difference good housemates make, and I want to find somewhere that feels like a home, not just a room
