Looking for a Buddy up with 1-3 other people

I am ideally looking for a person or two to form a potential buddy up situation where we can look for a House(ideally) or big flat to share the appropriate amount of Rent and Bills together so that we can liaise and choose a place that suits our needs. If we can 2 man a place, that'd be epic but open to up to 4 people I think. Could be convinced of more if we can simply split rent and bills of a complete house comfortably and have a good amount of space each.

I am a very considerate person when living with others. I have a tendency to think of how things will affect other people before I do them, even on the smallest of things. I always put myself in other people's shoes. I always ask for feedback etc on if I am being loud, or a nuisance in anyway. Always looking for the smoothest living environment for all parties, it's supposed to be the place to kick back and relax!

I am a heavy gamer, so i can get, chatty, online sometimes. But even in this, I am still considerate and always try to keep my voice down. I'll mostly be chilling in my room on my PC most of the time, or potentially watching communal TV if that's the vibe we go for but in all honesty, just renting a place and turning the living room into just another big bedroom or room for someone to live in wouldn't be a bad idea, effectively just making a 1 bedroom place into a 2 bedroom, or a 2 bedroom place into a 3 bedroom. You get what I mean :P

Other than that, my working hours should be around 5 days a week, 9am-6pm.

I am also very tidy and will always clean up/put away after myself.

Also I am 34. I have never done drugs, never smoked, and never been behind on rent or in disputes with landlords etc. I drink occasionally when it's called for but only really if with other people.
