Looking for a room in west London - let’s buddy up

I am looking to move in asap, budget up to £1300 (including bills), London zones 1-2.
I am looking for clean, respectful and friendly people to share a house/flat with. I would need a bedroom where I could fit my desk in, as I sometimes wfh.

I am tidy, clean, and like to socialise, but I want my privacy to be respected too. I like to play tennis, go to art galleries, watch plays, play board games, and go to the gym regularly. I love hanging out with people and going out, even though I am quite introverted otherwise.

My ideal flatmate would be someone who keeps to themselves, but sometimes would also like to socialise, play board games, watch tv together, and would appreciate honest and open conversations. I wouldn't like to match with someone who wants to party in the house all the time, or host people more than once a week.

My budget is £1300 (including bills) and shared living room is a necessity.
