Active Pensioner Wants a Single Room in Quiet Home

I am 73 and a retired mortgage and financial adviser. I have been living in the UK for the past 30 years but would now like to find a place in Harrow, Wembley or any of the areas in greater London I have selected. I would like a furnished single room with all bills included in the rent. Ideally, I am looking for mature adults to share the flat with. I would not be a good fit with younger people having wild parties. I am a quiet gentleman who always minds his own business. I am courteous, friendly and unobtrusive. For the most part most other tenants will hardly feel my presence as I will be in my room all the time except at meal times. I would prefer to pay weekly in advance and no deposit. If a deposit is required, I would prefer it be deposited in a Government backed scheme.. Thanks for reading this description.
