Reliable, quiet professional, excellent references

Rent always paid on time. Vegan. No pets, no parties, no smoking, no drinking, no drugs, no drama. Excellent references.

I live a very low-key lifestyle, value peace and privacy, and keep my space clean and tidy.

My background spans physics, teaching, fitness, and horticulture. I’m easygoing, respectful, and mostly keep to myself unless people want a chat. I don’t have many visitors and prefer a calm home environment.

My hobbies are quiet and non-intrusive. Yoga and fitness, gardening, meditation, and long walks.

I am looking for a peaceful home or self-contained place, with considerate housemates or neighbours.

Clean, safe, relaxed environment.
Vegan-friendly is ideal but I’m not fussy.
