Double room needed

Hi, I'm Natalie.
I'm a part time professional and part time PhD student at the University of Exeter. I'm looking for a double room to feel at home in from mid-September 2026.
Don't smoke and would prefer non-smoking housemates as I am asthmatic.
I respect privacy, but do like to chat and be social around the house. I like things clean and tidy, but I understand that a few things will sometimes out of place- it's just life.
Calm by nature and love chill time, yoga and reading. I love all things art and history related.
Have rented for many years and know how to live in shared space.
I do have odd bits of furniture. Would like to share with people of a similar age.
