Ensuite room w/FEMALES or Studio - from 13/4/26

Looking for an ensuite room (sharing with females only), or a bedsit or studio from 12th April 2026.

I am a responsible professional, mature, exceptionally clean / tidy, and considerate, and a reliable rent payer.

I'm flexible on the contract period (1-24 months).

I have a certified Service Dog - she is highly trained, does not bark (she is mute) and well-groomed and bathed at a groomers regularly, plus another elderly pet dog. Both are highly trained. I'm happy to offer both an increased deposit and pay for pet damage insurance (and I've never lost any deposit due to my pets, I'm very respectful and clean and so are my dogs).

Please note:
* I will only share with FEMALES 30+ (or rent a whole property)
* I will only rent a room if it's ENSUITE with its own shower / toilet
