Sociable, respectful; Zone 2-3.No landlords/agents

NO LANDLORDS OR AGENTS PLEASE

After just 10 months, our landlord is taking full advantage of the law-change and evicting us! Sadly my flatmates are doing their own thing (one buying, one only needs short-term). So I'm unexpectedly back on the market!

I work in West London so want somewhere commutable from there, zones 2-3 preferably and close to a tube station.

About me… I enjoy lots of things… London and all it has to offer, gigs, theatre, other quirky events and the occasional bottomless brunch…

I like to live in a flat where we all get along and hang out and watch TV/ drink/ eat together when we’re in but naturally have our own lives too and respect each other’s spaces. If it’s a flatshare where people stay in their bedrooms every evening then it’s not the vibe I’m after.
Full disclosure I'm early 40s but, not to sound trite, pretty young in my outlook (recently finished 18months of backpacking and still like a bit of nightlife!)

Environmentally aware flatmates are also a bonus as I try to minimise my impact where I can.
