I hope there is still a vacancy because I am available immediately to go for a viewing appointment and I hope to receive a response from you as soon as possible. I am looking to move to a new place by 31st of January 2026 and have the following requirements - it must be either a studio (spacious double room ensuite with kitchenette) or 1 bed flat for myself with the bills included in the rent or a house share with 3 others maximum. I'm a 30 year old male professional who has an office-based full-time role during weekdays and I can pay 3-4 months' rental costs with the deposit upfront to secure my interest.
