Looking for a room – or buddy-ups!

Hi! I’m Ben. I’m looking for a place in London, or someone like-minded to buddy up with so we can find somewhere together.

I work in TV as an editor (mostly for the BBC), online video production, and entertainment journalism. I’m currently based in Camden Town and would really love to stay here (I ❤️ Camden), but Im open to other areas in Zone 1-2 for the right home and housemate(s).

I WFH a lot, so I need a room with space for a desk. An en suite would be amazing, but it's definitely not a deal-breaker.

I’m looking for a home where the people are as important as the room, so please tell me a little about yourself and the household when you message. Room details alone don’t give me much to go on – unless there’s a roof terrace and a jacuzzi. Then it’s probably still a no, but I’ll at least come and have a look. 😅

• Easy-going, clean, tidy, and considerate
• Into food, music, travel, and making the most of London’s cultural life 🎶
• LGBTQ-friendly house is a must 🏳️‍🌈
• I spend several weeks each year in Berlin and Italy, where I have family (I’m half-Italian 🇮🇹)

📅 Move-in: I can move straight away, but ideally between mid-August and the end of September (when I need to leave my current place).

💷 Budget: ideally around £1,000 pcm, although I could stretch to £1,200 or £1,300 ish for the perfect place.
