Hi, I'm Caroline :)

Hello!

I'm Caroline, a South African who's been living in London for over nine years. I'm a researcher at a City law firm and looking to stay south of the river. I generally work in the office 2+ days a week.

I've lived in mixed and female-only houses before so happy with either. I like the idea of chilling with housemates in front of the TV (murder mysteries, period dramas, Taskmaster, Bake-Off, Sewing Bee, Rivals), but I'm also quite a busy person meeting with friends, running a bookclub, spinning classes, work networking events, galleries and the theatre. I studied History and Politics so happy to have a natter about the world over dinner (not breakfast - I'm not a huge morning person before a cup of coffee).

I love the outdoors and spending time jogging/picnicking in parks or escaping London to hike or cycle in the countryside. I enjoy travelling and have friends and family in Europe that I try to visit semi-regularly.

Although I'm a clean and tidy person, I think that flatshares often work more smoothly when there's a cleaner for communal areas, so that would be a big positive. I have a bicycle so it would be ideal for the house to have a place for a bike.

To sum up - I'm a cheerful, friendly, clean and organized housemate. Keen to live with like-minded individuals. Occasional baker of chocolate cake. Wimbledon lover.
