Looking for a room with my 3 well behaved cats

Hello there, I am a professional female who used to live in London and currently is living in Vienna, which is where I am from.
I am planning to return to London this autumn 2026.
Looking for a longterm houseshare with 1( maximum 2) clean people and also offering short stays in Vienna at my apartment.
I will be relocating with my 3 cats Besito, Fritz & Gatsby. They are extremly well behaved, well groomed and very friendly. Also I am very clean and tidy and keep my place spotless. NO bad odours!!!
My flatmates would have to be clean catlovers too.
My cats have scratchtrees, plenty of toys and love cuddling and playing.
I need to be in Vienna around 4 days a month and have to travel for work occasionaly. So, I would need the other flatmates to feed and look after my cats, which I am prepared to pay for.
The place would need a small garden, patio or terrace. My maximum budget is 1000 including bills. Live in landlord would be great for example. I am open to all areas as long as public transport is within easy reach. Feel free to ask any question you may have and I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
