Hi! I’m Georgia 🙋‍♀️ I’m open to anywhere in London as long as there’s good transport links. Must have an external window. A bathtub, garden and bike storage would be ideal and I’m a huge animal lover so pets would be a bonus! ❤️

Willing to spend up to £1100 incl. bills if the room or communal space is big enough for me to store supplies and wfh occasionally, or £800 incl. bills if not as I will need to get a studio.

So about me 🌞 I’m 29, single, from Wales, lived in London for about 10 years now. I’m a full-time self-employed propmaker, dresser, art director and scenic carpenter. I love my work and I’m always busy, I’ll passionately talk your ear off about all the crazy things I get to do.

I’m chatty, fun (peer reviewed) and social. I like cycling, dancing and frolicking about in the sea where possible. I hate running lol. I LOVE to cook and I’d be bringing lots of cool kitchen gadgets (air fryer, espresso machine, dehydrator, juicer etc) and other amazing things (projector, A3 printer/scanner, shower filter, every tool you could ever need) ✨

I’m clean and responsible and looking for housemates who also want a calm, clean, mature home. Can’t stand a dirty kitchen/bathroom, love a cleaning rota and people who do that lil bit extra as they go along to keep the space nice. Ideally want to share a home with people who communicate well and respect each others’ needs, but who want to actually be mates and have a laugh, movie nights, shared dinners, nights out 💃

I need something long-term and stable, I’m a nester who wants to settle down in a happy home. I have all my own bedroom furniture so it is a dealbreaker for me if the room is already furnished and things can’t be removed.
I’m able to fix/build/decorate anything around the house (faster than the landlord!) I can come for viewings asap and I’m easy with move in dates, not in a rush and waiting for the perfect place.
