Looking for double room in Manchester / Salford

Hey! I’m Tom, currently looking for a room around Chapel Street / Spinningfields with a budget of ~£800pcm + bills (flexible for the right place). I can move in from the beginning of next month but can also wait longer if needed.

I work in HR and I’m office-based 3 days a week then a mix of WFH / travelling across the UK.

I’m pretty social and ideally looking for a home where you actually hang out rather than just co-exist, I'm too old to live with someone I don't get on with...

I love cooking (and cooking for other people), going to the pub, gigs, the gym, and generally getting out to explore Manchester and beyond. That said, I’m equally into a chilled night in, films, takeaways etc. If you're someone that has parties / afters all the time we're probs not meant to be.

I’m clean and respectful (and come equipped with a great hoover)I like keeping shared spaces tidy and homely, even if I’m not obsessively spotless 24/7.

I’m gay, so it’d be great to live with someone LGBTQ+ or at least very comfortable with that vibe. Looking for a furnished place, and no couples or pets ideally.

Most importantly, I’m easy to live with, considerate, and up for a laugh!
