Looking for a room in friendly house or flat

Hi, my name is Charlie. I am a 31 year old self employed musician looking to rent a room in an existing house or flat-share . I am looking for a 3-6 month short let with a contract to begin with, which could be extended later. Ideally looking in Essex with good rail links into London.
I am relaxed and easygoing and often out of the house playing gigs/sessions but also work from home producing music sometimes. This wouldn't be too noisy as I use headphones although I teach lessons/practise too sometimes so there might be sound at times . I normally go to bed around 10pm or 11pm so would be looking for a quiet house where people aren't making a lot of noise at night. However sometimes come back to the house late at night/early morning after rehearsals or studio sessions or if coming back from trips out of the UK. I like listening to and practising music a lot so music-lovers would be a preference! I am willing to do my bit with chores and keeping a place tidy. Looking for friendly and easygoing people to share a house/flat with. Am also allergic to gluten so would be doing a fair amount of my own cooking. Don't drink either - ideally looking to live with people who aren't drinkers or smokers as well. Thanks
