Hoping to find something near Kensington

Hi, I'm Jessica, I'm an artist/painter/illustrator. I'm currently staying in a sublet in Notting hill, and I really like the location and community here.
My flatmate is closing her room.

So I was hoping to find a place (or buddy up) near Notting Hill or Bayswater...etc. Anywhere near these parts. I'm also open to North London or other parts of London, just choose these parts because I'm more familiar at the moment. I used to go to uni in north London, so I'd be happy to join a flat there if there's any friendly opening. :)

I'm currently working remotely as a designer, but is also on a look out for new jobs. I'm an artist, I paint. And I love cats (so if you have a cat, free cat sitting from me! ) also like dogs, just extra soft spot for cats!

I like to cook and always clean up after myself. Really respectful and calm. Looking for a place more like a community and family, instead of just a room. If anyone would love to buddy up, drop me a message and let’s go have tea! :)
